Prepaid
All Prepaid balances expire within 6 months unless added to
Any dollar amount added to an existing balance will reinstate the entire balance life of 6 months
Prepaid account balances of $0.00 or less will undergo “soft” suspension and can be resolved by a purchase
A disconnect happens when all of the following criteria are met:
  • Prepaid balance is $0.00 or less
  • The line has not had a payment transaction for previous 3 months
  • The line has not had any Usage Activity for previous 3 months
An activation charge of $35 is required for activating all prepaid accounts
Qualifying customers must provide a valid ID proving they are 18 years of age or older

Data Plan Details

For plans purchased before June 2, 2014: Unlimited nationwide data service with speeds up to 3.1 Mbps

For plans purchased or renewed, including shared plans adding a line, on or after June 2, 2014: Nationwide data service capped at 2GB per handset and 5GB per data-only device during each billing cycle.  Subscribers reaching the cap may purchase one additional GB of data service per device during each billing cycle for $9.99 per device by calling Element Mobile Customer Service by dialing 611 from their Element Mobile handset, or calling 800-236-1461.
