All Prepaid balances expire within 6 months unless added to
Any dollar amount added to an existing balance will reinstate the entire balance life of 6 months
Prepaid account balances of $0.00 or less will undergo “soft” suspension and can be resolved by a purchase
A disconnect happens when all of the following criteria are met:
- Prepaid balance is $0.00 or less
- The line has not had a payment transaction for previous 3 months
- The line has not had any Usage Activity for previous 3 months
An activation charge of $35 is required for activating all prepaid accounts
Qualifying customers must provide a valid ID proving they are 18 years of age or older
