This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way we collect, use, protect, and disclose personally identifiable information from you. All use of Element Mobile's products and services, including but not limited to visits to www.elementmobile.com and any of our other websites ("our website"), is subject to this Privacy Policy. Please do not use our products and services, including our website, if you do not accept this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version to our website. Please check back periodically for changes. You will be able to see that changes have been made by checking to see if the effective date posted at the end of this Privacy Policy has changed.

Who We Are

We are Wisconsin RSA #7 Limited Partnership, a Wisconsin limited partnership, d/b/a Element Mobile ("Element Mobile", "we", "our" and "us"), and we offer a variety of products and services, including but not limited to wireless products and services and our website, to customers and users (collectively, "you" or "your"). A "customer" is anyone, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and parent(s) or legal guardian(s), who purchases Element Mobile products or services. When a customer purchases products or services for use by others (e.g. when a customer purchases wireless service for use by family members), those other individuals also may be considered a "customer" for purposes of this Privacy Policy. A "user" is anyone who visits our website.

Our Commitment to Protecting Your Information

We take the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. We respect your privacy, and take care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are highly valued. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Element Mobile uses commercially appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and through wireless transmission methods is not completely secure. However, we have put in place various security procedures and other controls set out in this Privacy Policy. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website, or by use of our products or services; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you where required by law if we determine that we have experienced a security breach and there is a reasonably likely risk of identity theft.

How We Use Your Information

We use information you provide to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. For example, we use information we collect to conduct research and analysis directed toward maintaining, protecting and improving our network and the services we provide, and to address network integrity, quality control, capacity, misuse, and security issues, as well as for network planning and engineering purposes. Even within our family of companies, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services. In some circumstances, we may provide your information to non-Element Mobile companies or other third parties for purposes such as: responding to 911 calls and other emergencies, complying with court orders and other legal process, to prevent fraud and identity theft, enforcing our agreements and property rights, and obtaining payment for our products and services.

Information We Collect

We may collect different types of personal and other information based on your use of our products and services and our business relationship with you. We collect information in three primary ways – information you give us, information collected automatically when you visit our website or use our products or services, and information we obtain from other sources, such as from credit agencies.

The information we collect may include your name and address and the telephone numbers and email addresses where you may be reached, as well as Social Security Number or payment information necessary to establish credit or set up billing.

When you contact us seeking information about products and services or when you enter a Element Mobile-sponsored or affiliated contest or sweepstakes, we will respond to your request and may use the information you supply us to provide you with additional information about service offerings either at that time or in the future. When you establish an online account with us, we maintain information about your user identification and password, as well as answers to secret questions you choose for your use in case of a lost password. This information is used to authenticate you when you sign in to your account.

Information collected automatically when you visit our website: We record and save information about you from our web server logs such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the time day you visited and your browser type. We use this information to monitor statistics such as how many people visit our website; which pages people visit on our websites and how much time is spent on each page; which Internet domains our visitors come from and which browsers are used to visit our sites. In order to offer and provide you with personalized services, we may use "cookies" to store and help track your information. A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. Information collected automatically when you use our products or services: We automatically collect various types of technical and usage information related to the services and products we provide to you, including information about your use of our network, services, products or websites. We may collect equipment information that identifies the device and equipment you use on our network, such as device or equipment type, IDs, serial numbers, settings, configuration, and software. We may collect performance information about the operation of the devices, equipment, services and applications you use on our network, such as IP addresses, URLs, data transmission rates and latencies, location information, security characteristics, and information about the amount of bandwidth and other network resources you use in connection with uploading, downloading or streaming data to and from the Internet. We may collect viewing information about the sites, streaming video or programs you access, watch and record, the games you play and similar choices you and those in your household make when using our services and products.

Information we obtain from other sources: When you apply for or purchase products or services with or from us, we may obtain credit information about you from an outside credit reporting agencies to help us with customer authentication and credit-related decisions.

Location information: We monitor, collect and use your wireless location information, as well as other information obtained from our network and your device, to provide you with wireless voice and data services, and to maintain and improve our network. Also, you can use your wireless device to obtain a wide array of services based on the approximate location of the device, referred to as Location Based Services, or "LBS". When you use LBS, you may be sharing share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device or you, or both. The information you receive in connection with your use of LBS may include advertisements related to your request and your location. When you use LBS from Element Mobile, you will receive prior notice and must give your consent before your location is used or shared, and the form of consent may vary but will be suited to the type of Element Mobile LBS you use. We may use or disclose your wireless device location information as necessary to respond to calls to 911 or in other emergency-related situations as provided by law. When you use LBS from a provider other than Element Mobile, such as applications on your device, or when you opt in to their LBS, we may share geographic location with application providers and the terms of service and privacy policies of the non-Element Mobile provider will govern.


We will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As previously stated and except as otherwise described, your permission is always secured first should we ever share your information with third parties that are not acting on our behalf or governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

We recognize how important it is to protect the safety and privacy of children online. We do not seek to collect or maintain information on our website from those we know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

You should be aware that Internet and wireless devices and services purchased for family use may be used by minors without our knowledge. Any information collected as a result of such usage may appear to be associated with the adult customer who subscribes to our products or services or uses our website, and will be treated as such under this Privacy Policy.
